Anonymous "I've trusted Rainbow Light for years, and I'm elated I found their Complete Menopause System"Rainbow Light's Complete Menopause Support tablets have helped me immensely! After researching other brands, I found that Rainbow Light's formula contains what I feel are the necessary ingredients to help aleviate peri-menopausal symtoms...this product has cooled down those "Power Surges"! It has consideralby reduce night sweats and depression...that high anxiety feeling. I like the fact that Rainbow Light includes soy extract... Isoflavonoids, which is the vital part of the soy bean that doesn't get used in the making of tofu and other soy foods. Isoflavonoids are in the "heart" of the soy bean. This product also incorporates a terrific herbal formula that aids with the mood swings. Other brands I have researched don't include these herbs. I have taken this product for just over three weeks now, and I feel I have been "balanced". The hot flashes, depression, night sweats and mood swings have been far and few between, with some of the symptoms totally removed. I would (and have done) recommend this product to women who are in the peri-menopausal and menopausal stages. I intend on continuing with this product for as long as it takes me to go through menopause...a natural cycle in a woman's life. No, it's NOT a disease, as some physicians would like women to believe!
