We are committed to providing the best possible childcare for families and their children of Walnut and surrounding communities. At the core of our service offerings is our sincere love for children, and a desire to cultivate them with the proper development for our changing world.

We provide a Montessori environment where children ages six weeks through kindergarten work and play together while being guided towards a happy, wholesome disposition. All are welcome regardless of race, color, or religion.

Our Programs

Summer Program

At Walnut International Montessori School, we believe that summer programs should be marvelously fun and profoundly enriching at the same time. That’s why learning through interactive play is at the core of everything we do. You’ll love the lasting, positive impact summer programs can have on your child’s creativity and imagination.

Enjoy an enriching summer of learning and fun, with our flexible Summer programs for toddlers through Kindergarten.

Nurtured by our incredible staff, students will interact with art, science, foreign language, music, special visitors, and a variety of enrichment classes. They will also enjoy the ourdoors and all that summer has to offer, with fun field trips, sports, and water play activities.

Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, Kindergarten

Half Day: 8:30am—12:30pm
Full Day: 8:30am—3:00pm
Extended Day: 6:30am—6:30pm

Infant Care Center

Our classroom for infants and toddlers is designed to meet the developing needs of infants six weeks to two years of age.

The program is based on Dr. Maria Montessori’s work and observation of the child. According to Dr. Montessori, the first six years of a child’s life her mind is absorbent, like a sponge, taking in everything in the environment with energy and enthusiasm through sensorial exploration, touch, taste, smell, sight, and hearing. We encourage this development through the use of hands-on activities.
