We at Marie Christian Preschool differentiate ourselves from any other preschool or daycare facility. We provide quality, specially-tailored education for each and every one of our students with a curriculum to build strong academic foundations for the future. At the root of what we do, we pride ourselves in maintaining our Christian values, as we ensure integration of biblical teaching, stories, and values in our day-to-day activities.

Message from the Founder

Dear Prospective Parent,

I believe that every child has the capability to achieve great things, perform up to high academic standards, and accomplish beyond what is expected of them – even at a young age. From my several years of teaching experience, I have witnessed how feasible it is for a child under the age of six to grasp fundamental concepts, of which they would then build upon in the next couple years. We heavily emphasize creating a strong foundation for children early on, both morally and academically, as we hope for this foundation and basis to support them for their future years to come.

Practice, patience, and perseverance are the key values that I emphasize and hold true to heart while teaching my students the basic subjects of reading, writing, and mathematics. When teaching my students how to read, I stress the concept of understanding the phonics, the basic fundamentals of reading, instead of merely memorizing words. I emphasize the importance of practice and persistence in teaching students to fully understand and grasp the concepts that they will use for the rest of their academic lives, and I believe the only way to truly master these important core subjects is to consistently practice on a day-to-day basis

Affordable Monthly Rate

We understand that cost is one of the biggest factors in choosing just the right childcare for your most-important-person-in-the-world. Tuition is set at a fixed, monthly rate – no matter the circumstance, we want you to feel confident in the Marie Preschool experience.

Low Student to Teacher Ratio

This is an important question because we want you want to be 100% certain your child is receiving the proper care and attention during their time at Marie Preschool. If the staff members in the facility are overworked, it will be impossible for them to provide the necessary focus on your child in a day. We ensure that students receive more than adequate attention at all times and that their specific learning needs are met, as a tailored learning experience is one that we promise for each student.

Our Facility

Interest Learning Centers

We believe in ensuring that our children are in a safe and enriching learning environment – one that would allow them to maximize their potential to attain fundamental concepts and retain them for the long run. Our teachers are dedicated to creating a learning environment where the values of imagination and creativity intersect with the fundamentals of academics, and we have created a facility which fosters and allows for a balance of these principles. Furthermore, with the space that we have created for students to engage with various activities throughout the day, ranging from social play, to group learning, to individual practice, we ensure that students are individually monitored, and that staff are attentive to the needs of each respective student at any point of the day.

Indoor Facilities

We have two indoor facilities that comprise of our learning centers:

• Main classroom that houses the main learning area, tables, and recreational activities
• Adjoining classroom that contains additional tables for different learning activities

We promote educational and extracurricular activities that would help to develop fine motor skills such as:

• Play House Area – Kitchen, table set, doll house
• Blocks Area – Unit blocks, building bricks, Lincoln logs, toy railroad tracks
• Library Area – Variety of children’s books for new readers
• Art – Painting, drawing, coloring, arts and crafts
• Music – singing children’s songs, playing beginner-level instruments

Outdoor Facility

Our playground is designed for active play that allows children to use and refine their gross motor skills in a natural way.

• Tree house/swing set/play set
• Tricycles/scooters
• Sports balls

All outdoor activity during recess is monitored vigilantly by faculty at all times
