Super Mario Park Guide, Enjoy to the Fullest without Wasting Money!

A guide for people who only want to buy regular tickets and not waste money on express passes or early park entry tickets.

☀️☀️Regarding Tickets

It is recommended to buy tickets online in advance through the USJ official app, preferably on weekdays instead of weekends.

☀️☀️Park Entry Time

We arrived at the park entrance at 8 am and regular ticket entry started at 8:30 am. You can scan the ticket QR code into the app while queuing, which makes it easier to receive a virtual pass. One phone can scan multiple tickets, so only one person needs to operate the virtual pass reservation for the group.

☀️☀️Entering Super Mario Park

We recommend two main methods of park entry:

1⃣ The first method is to arrive at the park entrance at around 8:30 am when the park opens and head directly to Super Mario Park. This is the most convenient method and does not require a virtual pass. This is also our personal recommendation. We were able to enjoy Super Mario Park until around 4 pm.

2⃣ The second method is to get a virtual pass through the app. The virtual pass begins when a certain number of people enter Super Mario Park, which is usually around 9:30 am to 10 am (varies every day). If you want to play other attractions first, pay attention to the app.

☀️☀️Maximize Your Park Experience: Wearable Devices

We recommend purchasing a wearable device first before going to the attractions. The device will track the coins and stickers collected from each project in real-time, making the experience much more immersive. You can receive a key if you complete three mini-games (all found in the app). One of the games requires three keys to play, so if you don't have the wearable device, you won't be able to play it.

‼️Note: There is a stall selling wearable devices when you first enter Super Mario Park. However, there is usually a long queue. We suggest going to the store on the lower floor of the park where there is no waiting time.

Take your time and enjoy the telescope view. Pay attention to the wall decorations and the popcorn bucket with a shooting star design. It's best to purchase it in the morning since there will be a long queue due to its popularity, with limited quantities sold per day and one bucket per person. It's so cool to see the stars light up!

Overall, Super Mario Park has high playability, and I personally love it. On that day, we played all the attractions. Our gold coin scores were in the top thirty. We were satisfied and happy. Seeing the top score made us feel unimaginable. The actual feeling was quite abundant, perhaps because we visited on a weekday when there were fewer people.
