Then to top it off the food!! They didn't have the salads I had ordered prior to the party. Then they arrived without salad dressing and one hour later after everyone had eaten.
This was the first time I had a party at a indoor playground and must say it was the worse experience.
I will not be back! I do not recommend having a party here so please do yourself a favor and do not trust their party planner!!! You will not get what you pay for!
The manager doesn’t even have the courtesy to respond. 1 whole week after the party and still hasn’t replied to my issues. Absolute worse customer service.
