Lemon Echinacea Throat Coat provides a protective coating on the membranes that line your throat. Licorice and marshmallow are demulcents, which soothe irritated mucous membranes. Marshmallow is traditionally used for irritation of the mouth and throat and associated dry cough, and echinacea root is traditionally used for the relief of sore throat.SUGGESTED USAGE
Pour 8 oz. of boiling water over one tea bag and steep, covered, for 3-5 minutes. Squeeze tea bag over cup to yield remaining extractive. Water temperature and the length of steeping time greatly influence the yield of beneficial components extracted from the herbs. Drink 3 or more cups daily. Add a slice of lemon or orange if desired.
