Our ALL ONE Green Phyto Mix not only provides the most recognized "SUPERSTARS" of cruciferous vegetables like cabbage, kale and parsley, but also the cutting edge cereal grass family. Beginning with an ancient non-hybrid Egyptian plant called Kamut grass that is possibly the most nutritious deep green leafy vegetable on earth. We also add Barley Green Juice, (known as the highest in SOD), Wild Oat Leaves (for lipids and essential fatty acids) and mature Alfalfa Leaves (for trace minerals). The alfalfa roots reach up to fifty feet into the soil to pull trace minerals from deep within the earth.
Seed selection and growing techniques are integral when creating and evaluating the desirable qualities in plants. Our manufacturer has spared no effort or expense in these crucial aspects of production. Each plant is from specially selected heirloom organic seeds. These seeds typically cost nearly three times what common seed stock costs and are clearly nutritionally superior. These crops are cultivated under the direction of the strictest organic certifying body, the O.C.I.A. This is the only internationally accepted certifier.
While many organic farmers use transitional fields, waters from a municipal source and take multiple harvest from each acre, our green mix is grown in pure virgin soil watered with pure mineral spring water and only a single annual harvest is taken from each acre. The ingredients are grown on a specially selected, dried, ancient volcanic lakebed in Utah, nestled in a valley at 6,000 feet elevation.
Geographical isolation: The fact that the cropland is over 100 miles from any pollution industry means the air quality surrounding the farm is among the purest in North America.
High altitude: The high altitude of the cropland brings the chlorophyll rich leaves closer to the sun and as a result more chlorophyll must be produced by the plant. High altitude plants are known to have superior protein qualities (lighter weight) due to the rarity of the air.
Processing: The minimal processing simply removes 100% of the fiber and 98% of the moisture. We are able to retain the live qualities of the vitamins, minerals and enzymes because the product is completely non-pasteurized.
