This facial toner can do much more than merely refresh the skin. It contains a special algae extract which assists in normalizing the sebum production of the skin and helps to reduce the occurrence of blemishes. In addition to polyphenol from green tea, the Facial Toner contains cyclodextrin, an active ingredient complex of botanical starches, which binds excessive skin oils and gives a matte finish.
