Summer skiing is here! Mammoth is so fabulous!‼️
Hey there, hot stuff! 😉 Who would've thought we'd be skiing at the end of May during the Memorial Day break? And the snow is still oh-so-good! Mammoth is sizzling right now, even hotter and sunnier than downtown LA. So many people are here to join the fun, and would you believe it – roadside parking spots were filled up by 7:30 earlier!
❄️ The Snow Situation!
Mammoth's lifts start running at 7:30 AM, and the snow is quite icy in the morning. But, oh, my! When the sun comes out to play around 9 or 10 AM, things get all slushy and enticing. Heading to the park? Make sure to check the jumps and landing zones before you get playful - safety first, darling!
💦 Hydrate, baby!
With the heat cranking up, make sure you drink plenty of water, to avoid turning your skiing adventure into a swooning experience. I like to mix in some electrolyte powder for that extra oomph, and trust me, it's the real deal!
☀️ Protect that gorgeous skin!
With the high altitude, those pesky UV rays are stronger than a frisky flirt. And with the temperature rising, you better slather on that sunscreen and reapply as needed – nobody wants to end up with "snow goggles face." Personally, I wear a face mask whenever I hit the slopes. Sure, it may get a little stuffy now and then, but a little peek at my nose doesn't do any harm – when it comes to sun protection, the tighter, the better, right?
📢 Heads up, snow bunnies! Starting May 30, Mammoth's daily operating hours will be 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM. Make a note, and let's keep sliding into June!
