Stunning Oahu β Mermaid Cave π§ββοΈ
Today, I'm sharing a set of photos from one of my favorite spots, the Mermaid Cave. It could be said that the Mermaid Cave is a must-visit destination on Oahu!
π§ββοΈThe geography here is incredibly unique! Numerous tide pools of various shapes and sizes form many natural caves, which are a lot of fun to explore! The water has a clear turquoise-green color, making the place truly breathtaking.
π§ββοΈ It's best to come with a group since entering the cave's entrance requires a bit of skill at first. It's easy to accidentally scrape your skin, but with more people, you can help each other out. When I visited the second time, an older man had set up a small ladder by the entrance. This made it much more convenient!
β οΈ Remember to check the local tides. Do not come during high tide as it could trap you under the rocks! The reef rocks here are very sharp, so be careful!
π§ββοΈApart from the caves, the scenery on the shore is also stunning! The spectacular coastline and layered mountain ranges are beautiful beyond words! I happily unlocked my tan skin after three months in Hawaii.
