The World's Tallest Building‼️ Burj Khalifa‼️
Also known as the Dubai Tower or Burj Dubai, officially renamed as Burj Khalifa.
👉 Burj Khalifa stands at a height of 828 meters with a total of 162 floors. It cost $1.5 billion to build, with construction of the tower alone costing at least $1 billion, not including the expenses for the large shopping center, lakes, and the construction of the shorter tower cluster. Burj Khalifa used a total of 330,000 cubic meters of concrete, 62,000 tons of reinforced steel, and 142,000 square meters of glass. Approximately 4,000 workers and 100 cranes were involved in the construction, breaking the record set by the Shanghai World Financial Center at 492 meters by pumping concrete vertically to a height over 606 meters. The tower has 56 elevators, with a maximum speed of 17.4 meters per second, and also features double-decker observation elevators capable of carrying up to 42 people at a time.
👉 Construction of Burj Khalifa began in 2004, and on the evening of January 4, 2010, local time, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the ruler of Dubai, unveiled the curtain on the commemoratory monument of the "World's Tallest Building" known as the "Dubai Tower", officially declaring the completion of the building and renaming it as "Burj Khalifa".
