LA Paris Baguette, since I tried their cakes...

From the name and the types of bread they offer, one might mistakenly assume that it is a French bakery. However, it is actually a Korean chain bakery with a large scale and worldwide presence, including many stores in China. I first discovered this bakery in Atlanta, USA, where there is a relatively large Korean community. As a bread enthusiast who enjoys exploring different bakeries, that was my first introduction to Paris Baguette. I ordered a strawberry cake that turned out to be unexpectedly delicious. Since then, I have been impressed with their bakery.
During my visit to LA, I came across numerous Paris Baguette locations and tried several pastries and bread items, all of which were delightful and did not disappoint.
Regarding the food:
- Bread: They offer a wide variety of bread, and I tried several of them, all of which were enjoyable. In particular, the sweet potato flavored bread was delicious. For those who like sweet potato, I recommend giving it a try. In terms of pricing, compared to other bakeries in LA, this bakery is slightly more expensive. The only item that didn't quite meet my taste was the Cream Cheese Donut. I noticed that several Korean girls were ordering it, so I decided to try it as well. However, I found it to be a bit too rich in flavor.
- Cakes: I highly recommend their strawberry cake. The cake itself is soft, and the cream has just the right amount of sweetness without being overly sweet. It's definitely a winner!
Apart from individual cakes, their birthday cakes are exceptional. Whenever I have a friend's birthday coming up, Paris Baguette is the first place that comes to mind. There's no need to pre-order, and most people enjoy the taste. It's simply convenient!
