Hawaii Guide 🧡 Experience the Highest Divorce Rate Highway in the United States 🍃
👉 The Road to Hana, known as the most beautiful highway in the United States, has approximately 620 curves and 59 bridges. Out of those bridges, 46 are one-lane bridges. It can be quite nerve-wracking and can lead to arguments between couples during the 8-hour journey. That's why this road is also referred to as the "Divorce Highway" (unmarried individuals can walk it to test their relationships).
👉 Online, people often say that they regret driving this road or regret not driving it. In my personal experience, if you have a whole day to spare, you can give it a try. But if time is limited, it's better to skip it as rushing through it can be dangerous.

It's the longest tropical rainforest highway in the United States, featuring curves, waterfalls, black sand beaches, and tropical plantations. It's the best scenic drive for experiencing the "Magic Island."
🌴 How to Explore
The most common way is to start from Kahlui and end in Hana. We drove the entire loop and then added Haleakala for a sunset view, which took us a full 12 hours. It was quite rushed. If you have enough time, it's best to plan another day for Haleakala along the way.
