Vegas Japanese Cuisine Heaven 🌈 Two Michelin Stars Kame Omakases 💦
There are numerous Michelin restaurants in Las Vegas, with most located on the Strip. However, this unique, two Michelin-star restaurant is about a 10-minute drive from the Strip, located underneath an apartment building.
📍Address: 3616 W Spring Mountain Rd Ste103 Las Vegas, NV89102
💰Price: $350~500/person (before tax). After tax, it's around $650/person. They offer two types of set meals,
1⃣Premium Omakase $350/person,
2⃣Signature Omakase $500/person.
On this occasion, we chose the Signature Omakase. Dining here allows us to enter a private dining room that can accommodate about 10 people. The two renowned chefs prepare the dishes in this room.
✅First up is the sushi showcase on a T-stage. The chefs sequentially showcase various ingredients, assuring you that the meal is worthwhile. They've gathered fresh ingredients from around the world for your dining pleasure. Even the sea urchin and sashimi arrived from Japan by air freight that very morning.
✅To summarize the core elements of this meal: sea urchin (uni), black truffle, Japanese Wagyu; these three ingredients are integrated in various forms into several dishes.
😋First signature dish: Salmon roe + sea urchin + caviar + scallop + tuna✅
The Jewelry Box dish is incredibly generous! We started to look forward to the whole menu after just one bite. The raw food portion was all very tasty, especially the otoro with uni - fatty, sticky bluefin enhanced by the sweetness of the uni, was the dessert of the sushi world hehe~
The final dessert was a melon from Shizuoka Prefecture, the chef agreed to sell us two separately! Each melon costs $150, which is a unique find in Vegas.
For Japanese sake, there were many choices. This time we ordered Dassai, which is smooth and perfect for women!
All chefs are Japanese, and the service staff were incredibly kind and friendly. Overall, the food ingredients were exceptionally fresh, and the presentation was striking!
