Established in 1986, this Japanese sweet store got its start in Taiwan before arriving in Los Angeles six years ago and has been very popular ever since (there are now nearly a dozen stores in Los Angeles). The quality of the desserts is exquisite, a perfect combination of Japanese craftsmanship and Taiwanese flavors! My kids love their Hokkaido cream cake and we always buy one to take home. The cake is soft and fluffy and the cream is fresh and sweet. Kids preferences are the simplest and most honest, so we have to support this long-time store!

The flavor is extra smooth, rich and aromatic--the best Taiwanese brand of "sesame" (you can get it in stores or at Yummy). I think this new product will be very popular soon, so everyone should try it.
π§Our Cheese Tart is His ace tart, basically a must buy when you come to his house. It has a strong cheese flavor and a fluffy texture that bursts in your mouth.
π₯The Hokkaido Cream Egg Cake Cups are especially popular with kids because it's super fluffy and creamy making it irresistible; just microwave for 5 seconds and the taste is unbeatable. Unlike other stores,
πwe sell whole rainbow cakes but you can also buy cupcakes; just seeing a rainbow cake makes you feel happy! It's very much like the cakes you used to eat in front of school when you were a kid--a little sweet and nostalgic--and tastes even better when chilled.
π©The doughnuts are full and oily, every bite smells great; I love the matcha and strawberry flavors, and the new black sesame flavor is great. It's perfect for an end of year party or holiday purchase.
Other than that, their chocolate buns, blueberry English scones, and garlic cheese soft buns are delicious. I've been a repeat customer since they opened, and I highly recommend them!
