Deer Valley Skiing - A stunning mountain valley
Skiing for 4 days from morning till evening! It was an exhilarating and blissful experience!
✨ Weather and Equipment:
Around minus three degrees Celsius weather, I wore a layer of wool pants under my ski pants. For the upper body, I wore three layers: base layer, wool sweater, and jacket.
✨ Accessories included:
Neck gaiter, gloves, helmet, ski goggles.
✨ Favorite ski trails:
Stain's Way had amazing snow and views!
Tycoon felt more challenging than black diamonds but the view was stunning. Bluebell had great snow and was really smooth to ski. Hawkeye had fantastic snow and was very enjoyable to ski.
Homeward Bound had incredibly beautiful scenery.
On my way to the airport to return to New York, I told the driver that I really wanted to see the sunset. He suggested finding an artificial lake on the map, as we have quite a few around here, and to look for one next to a mountain. He assured me it would be beautiful.
So I randomly found one called Little Dell Reservoir near Salt Lake City Airport. It was a reservoir accompanied by snow-capped mountains, and the sunset was truly magical!
