🌟 Animal Show:
Don't miss the orca! A single show on weekdays and two shows on weekends. Due to past protests, changes were made to the pool and its performances (now only "jump out of the water" action, which is a common habit of wild orcas). However, it's still an amazing opportunity to see an orca! With adorable pandas on land and orcas in the sea, SeaWorld aims for strong survival. The three orcas there have been there since they were young, and releasing them would be difficult (orcas are social creatures and wouldn't accept single orcas, plus they haven't learned natural hunting skills). Their performances can bring a lot of exposure and donations for the orca group.
⚠️PS: I bought the largest orca toy at the store, and it's super comfortable. Holding the toy while watching the orca may make the orca come close to the glass and look at its own toy! With just a layer of glass between us, it's almost like I'm holding the orca, hehe.
😋 Dining:
The official website offers a dining experience with orcas; $39 per person on weekdays, $49 on weekends. The restaurant is right next to the orca pool where you can watch them up close for an hour.
🌟 Dolphin Show:
There are many shows throughout the day, and they are quite full. Like watching the orcas, pay attention to the wet zone marked on the seat, as you will indeed get very wet... For those who don't want to watch the show, there's also a dolphin exhibit where you can feed them.
🌟 Roller Coaster Ride:
This truly amazed me—although not as holographic as Disney coasters, the roller coaster design is captivating! As someone who's timid, I highly recommend Manta with 10/10 rating. The design details are spot-on, constantly switching between "mommy, save me" moments and sheer thrills. If you want more excitement, try other roller coasters. I'm not that brave to do so.
❌ Some downsides: First, the cable car charges an additional $6, which is unlike the free cable car at the zoo. Second, the penguin exhibit space is crowded, housing too many penguins together—perhaps there was just enough space when it started, but more were born later.
I had a great experience myself and will visit again.
