Las Vegas 🍱 Sushi Heaven 🍣 Every bite is pure happiness!
For all the sushi lovers out there, you must visit this place called Kame Omakase in Vegas. At $350 🔪 per person, it's a pretty good deal.
⏰ They have two seating times every evening: 6PM and 8:30PM. The dining experience lasts about 1.5 to 2 hours, not too long to get stuffed. I have to praise them for that!
The chef is really adorable and will carefully explain each dish and its ingredients. He's very passionate about his craft, and it's really fun to learn from him.

🔮 Menu Recommendations:
✨ Seafood Soup: It reminds me of a scene from a cooking anime where they use paper to absorb excess oil and impurities from hot pot. The soup is light and sweet.
✨ Sushi: They use red vinegar in their sushi rice, so the color is slightly yellow compared to others. Sushi is what I look forward to the most, watching the chef make it and enjoying it at the same time is a special experience. The chef made two different nigiri sushi using Hokkaido Botan Ebi and Santa Barbara Uni, letting me taste the difference between the two. I personally prefer the rich flavor of the Santa Barbara Uni over the sweetness of the Botan Ebi.
✨ A5 Wagyu Ishiyaki: Grilled on a hot stone, served with foie gras and small pumpkin. The taste is good, but nothing out of the ordinary.
✨ Kegani & Uni Risotto with Truffle & Uni & Caviar: This was the dish I devoured the fastest. Using uni cream to cook the rice was truly amazing. Combined with Hokkaido Snow Crab, truffle paste, uni, and caviar, it was unbelievably delicious. I could have easily eaten three bowls of it.
