🔥While eating at the Dome, we chanced upon their anniversary celebration. Every restaurant was packed, so we finally decided to dine at Din Tai Fung. Though there were many people in line, the turnover rate was quite fast. We waited for around 10 minutes and were seated. I would say, the Dome during their anniversary celebration was indeed quite overwhelming, it felt like everyone in Kaohsiung who was out shopping, was here!

The main reason to come here was to have this. The salty-sweet barbecue pork is encased within the golden clock. Rich and full in taste, it makes you fall in love with the first bite.
😋Fried Radish Cake
Its flavor is quite authentic. It's crispy on the outside, and the radish fillings melt as soon as you take a bite. You can feel the radish, and if you dip it in the sauce provided on the side, it tastes even better.
😋Crystal Shrimp Dumpling
Just as its name implies, the dumpling skin is steamed to a translucent perfection. It is filled with plump shrimp that is full of flavor, its sweet taste makes you like it even more as you continue eating.
😋Deep Fried Bun with Sweet Cream Filling
This tiny bun sprinkled with white sesame seeds on top looks quite appealing. As you take a bite, the rich and thick sweet cream bursts in your mouth. This salty and sweet tasting snack is quite scrumptious.
😋Shrimp and Vegetable in Tofu Skin Roll
This was the first time I tried tofu skin roll. Its texture is softer and more tender than I imagined, and very impressive in taste. Particularly the fillings inside, the sweet taste of shrimp, combined with the slight aroma of leek, and the bean fragrance from the tofu skin outside, all that makes it super delicious.

The steamed tender pork ribs melt in your mouth, and the sweet taste of the pork juice, along with a hint of spicy garlic, is unforgettably delicious.
