Who is it! As a child, I was hooked on the Taiwanese drama "Corner with Love", and whenever I saw oyster pancake, I couldn't walk away? But honestly, this is my first time eating such delicious oyster pancakes!
😁Before, what I ate were mostly made with a lot of egg, topped with some oysters and it was called an oyster pancake. Only now, I realized that the authentic oyster pancake is translucent, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It is made using sweet potato flour and cassava flour. Certified by friends from Taiwan and Fujian, it has the authentic taste and texture of oyster pancakes (if the sauce were even tastier it would be 100% perfect).
🔥We ordered a Zhou He Jia sharing platter for $97, which included beef stuffed in a large pancake, fried stinky tofu, a luxury bento, a large intestine wrapped in a small intestine, assorted garlic flavored delicacies (fried food), a soft-boiled egg, and two double-sized large drinks. For four people, the bento was packed untouched and brought home, and a lot of fried food was also packed to take away.
✅We also ordered a serving of stir-fried small greens, there were a bit too many vegetables stalks but the taste was still quite good.
😁For the four of us, it costs about $35 per person~ Actually, ordering one platter would be sufficient, you could really have two more decent meals.
