Forgive me for not packing beach shorts or skirts on my return from a business trip. The journey from Ciudad Juárez to Chihuahua is adorned with an untamed desert landscape.
Samalayuca Dunes, requiring an admission fee of one hundred pesos per person, promises a day filled with amusement. Alas, on that fateful day, I found myself woefully unprepared for the art of sandboarding. Do remember to apply sunscreen diligently and don flip-flops or sandals, lest your shoes be inundated with sand.
